Divas Fashion has established the following return and exchange policy, applicable only to orders within the United States. Standardized procedures apply to all returns, refunds, and exchanges for apparel items to ensure the protection of consumer rights.
1. Eligible Situations for Returns and Exchanges
We offer free return and exchange services if any of the following conditions are met:
Quality defects such as damage, stains, loose stitching, or holes incurred during shipping;
Discrepancies between the received item and the ordered style, size, or pattern (including incorrect items sent or missing items);
Manufacturing defects such as detached buttons, damaged zippers, or asymmetrical cuts;
Fabric issues that prevent normal wear, such as significant color variation or strong, unpleasant odors.
2. Basic Conditions for Returns/Exchanges & Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt;
Items must remain in brand-new, unused condition, free from signs of wear, stains, traces of perfume or cosmetics, washing, or unauthorized alterations;
Original tags and packaging must be fully intact and free from loss or damage;
Items must be suitable for resale, with no man-made damage or scratches.
Categories Ineligible for Return or Exchange
Dresses, denim vests, trousers, or shorts that have been washed, worn extensively, or show obvious signs of wear;
Garments with man-made damage, unauthorized alterations (e.g., pant length or waist size), fabric tears, or stains;
Promotional clearance items or styles explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable on the product page;
Orders missing original tags or packaging, or items that cannot be restored to their original condition.
3. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days to submit a return or exchange request, calculated from the date the shipment is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
4. Standard Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return request, providing your order number and the reason for the return; once approved, customer service will send you return instructions.
Pack the item securely and include the original order receipt or a note with the order details; ship the package to the following address: 4860 Chambers Rd, Denver, CO 80239.
After shipping, provide the UPS tracking number to customer service so the shipment's progress can be monitored.
Once the warehouse receives and verifies the item, the refund process will be initiated.
5. Standard Exchange Process
Contact customer service to explain your exchange request, specifying the original item details and the desired style or size; wait for customer service approval.
Upon approval, securely pack the item to be exchanged and ship it to the designated address: 4860 Chambers Rd, Denver, CO 80239.
Provide the return tracking number; once the warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, the new replacement item will be shipped out.
After the new item is shipped, the tracking number will be updated on your order page, allowing you to track the delivery status in real-time.
6. Complete Refund Process
Once the warehouse receives the returned item, completes quality inspection, and confirms it meets return criteria, the refund process will be initiated within 1–3 business days;
Funds will be returned to the original payment account used for the order;
After the refund transaction is processed, it typically takes 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account;
Actual arrival time may vary depending on the issuing bank's processing speed; if funds do not arrive after an extended period, please contact your bank to check your statement.
7. Shipping Cost Responsibility
Merchant responsibility (damage, incorrect item, quality defects, workmanship issues): We cover all round-trip shipping costs and provide a free return label;
Returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (wrong size, style preference, fit not as expected): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; we do not reimburse return shipping fees;
Exchanges: Return shipping is free for exchanges due to merchant issues; for exchanges due to personal reasons, the buyer covers both the return and re-shipment costs.
8. Order Cancellation Rules
Cancellation before shipment: If the package has not yet left the warehouse or been picked up by UPS, you may contact customer service to request cancellation; there are no processing fees, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method;
Shipped orders: Orders cannot be cancelled directly once picked up by the carrier; if a return or exchange is required, please wait until the package is delivered and then follow the standard return process outlined on this page.
