Divas Fashion strictly adheres to U.S. domestic e-commerce shipping standards, providing reliable, transparent, and free delivery services to customers within the United States. The following outlines our comprehensive policies regarding order processing, shipping, cancellations, and tracking; all terms apply exclusively to locations within the United States.

1. Service Coverage Area
All delivery services are provided exclusively within the United States; we do not currently support shipping to overseas territories or international destinations.

2. Standard Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all products within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden shipping fees; all eligible domestic orders qualify for free delivery.

3. Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders enter our system for review and fulfillment. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days, covering order verification, quality inspection, packaging, dispatch, and logistics coordination. Processing is suspended on weekends and U.S. federal holidays; orders are automatically deferred to the next business day.

4. Daily Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 2:00 PM (local U.S. time). Orders with confirmed payments before this cut-off time are prioritized for same-day processing; orders placed after the cut-off time are automatically deferred to the following business day.

5. Order Shipping Times
Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days. Brief delays may occur due to remote locations, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons; these are considered normal fluctuations, and we will monitor the shipment status throughout the process.

6. Logistics Partners
We partner exclusively with UPS for shipping to ensure reliable service and end-to-end tracking.
Standard orders (e.g., small apparel items): Delivered via UPS Standard service with real-time tracking updates.

7. Order Cancellation Policy
7.1. Cancellation with Full Refund (Pre-shipment):
Customers may request to cancel an order at any time before it leaves our warehouse or enters the shipping process. We charge no processing fees; once the request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7.2. No Direct Cancellation (Post-shipment): Orders cannot be cancelled directly once they have been dispatched and picked up by the carrier. For returns or exchanges, please follow our standard return/refund procedures and submit an after-sales request after the package has been delivered.

8. Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, the system automatically generates a unique tracking number. You can view real-time shipping progress, delivery status, and estimated delivery time on the "Order Details" page in your account. Tracking information is updated in real-time so you can stay informed about your package's status. If you encounter shipping delays or a lack of tracking updates, please contact customer service for assistance.
